I would like to share the story of one of my gorgeous clients that I had the privilege to help recently in Melbourne.
I will call her Molly. Molly contacted me about her needs to select a wardrobe for her new job as a corporate accountant. Easy enough, a few suits and shoes right? I met Molly who is a stunning, size 4 and quite a timid person. The thought of Molly in the corporate world made me want to get started straight away and help her.
Molly had purchased The Reveal Package and during the Wardrobe Detox I discovered a wardrobe full of ill fitting items. She then explained that she is too intimidated to try on anything in stores. Molly just purchases items off the rack, tries them on at home and often finds they are unsuitable. She continually declines invitations because she has 'nothing to wear' and has adopted a jeans and trainers look. This casual style leads to her being treated like a child. This I witnessed firsthand when we were shopping together.
Who is this woman who is almost invisible? To be able to dress her I first needed to find out.
During the Wardrobe Detox we sat down and I discovered the real Molly and what she is searching for.
The items we purchased whilst shopping together were 'grown up clothes'. One dress in particular was a knitted dress from Witchery and with high heels and tights added she was stunning. Not a little girl but a grown woman. Not only did she look like a woman but she was feeling like a woman, standing tall, confident and she liked what she saw. What a special moment. Throughout the day we purchased clothes that suited her body shape, life style, future dreams and her personality.
