A. The Wardrobe Detox is part of the 'In Your Wardrobe' 'Deluxe Mix' or 'Ultimate Indulgence' packages and it really depends on how many clothes you have. On average this takes between 3-4.5 hours.
A. Winter shopping is more expensive than summer.
A good budget to have for a Personal Shopping trip is between $1500 and $3000.
For special event shopping, The Beauty Tutor recommends a budget of $500-$1000.

A. Whether you are a Cross Dresser looking for a fabulous wardrobe, Trans Gender needing an update, confined to a chair and wanting to look your best or suffering a Physical Disability and you need assistance, The Beauty Tutor services are catered for your needs.
A. This all depends on the time of year. Oct-Dec and May-July are the busiest months for shopping so please allow at least 4 weeks if you are booking a full day shopping trip. During the other months it is best to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
If you are having a style crisis or an emergency please do not hesitate to call us - you may be in luck and we will try our best to look after you!
A. Yes. Gift Vouchers can either be purchased for a specific service or for a monetary amount towards a service. All Gift Vouchers are gift boxed and delivered.
Gift Vouchers must be paid for in full at time of purchase.
A. This is really up to you. You can sell them on EBAY or at your local markets, give them to friends or donate them to charity.
A. The Beauty Tutor team will do everything that we can to work with your deadline, however priority is always given to existing bookings.
A. All services require a 10% booking fee to secure dates and your VISA or MASTERCARD details must be given at time of booking. The 90% balance is then automatically debited from the same account 7 days before your booking.

A. The destination for shopping depends on the individual. Shopping in Melbourne and Sydney is usually in the CBD.

A. The Beauty Tutor team prides itself on confidentiality. Many of our clients do not discuss the reasons behind their update with anyone - not even their best friend! Everyone has a secret and we love to keep yours.
A. No! The Beauty Tutor team often gets asked by retailers to take clients to certain stores and the team will either receive a store credit or a personal discount. This is not acceptable or beneficial to our clients as we pride ourselves on offering independent advice and purchasing the best items available. Any discount offered at the time of purchase is not asked for by the team and is only accepted for the client’s benefit.
