They are gel cushions for the ball of your foot and take all the pressure out where the weight is pressing in high heels. I have them in all my heels and they give me a few extra hours of comfort before my feet ache.

For a new pair of enclosed shoes spend an extra $10 and get these Heel Shields.
They are an adhesive silicone strip that you stick in the heel of your shoes to stop rubbing. This will avoid rubbing all the skin off your heels or blisters!
Available for $10 at some supermarkets, pharmacies and shoe shops.

New leather soled shoes can be very dangerous and slippery! I have slipped whilst wearing them until I found these shoe grips called 'Get a Grip'....what a great name!
