'Chicken Fillets' or silicone bra inserts are a fabulous way to give your bust a lift. They come in two sizes, half and full. The half fillet size do a great job, are less likely to slip, are lighter in your bra and will give you at least half a cup size!

I love these! Silicone Nipple Covers are fantastic when you can't wear a bra ( or don't want to) but don't want your nipples showing to the world.
The Fashion First Aid ones are the best, and believe me I have tried them all!
A few ladies have told me they use a band aid, but why would you when you can use these that don't pull half your nipple off at the end of the night.
The Concealits are re-useable, large enough for most nipples, soft and very comfortable to wear.
